Intermittent Semi-Rotary Die Cutting Machine

This is a newly developed product equipped with a servo motion control system and registration sensors to support a high-precision rotary die cutting system. It is specially designed for pre-printed label processing.

The machine integrates unwinding, rotary die cutting, slitting, and rewinding into a single process. It supports both semi-rotary and full-rotary modes. In semi-rotary mode, the machine is capable of reverse operation, eliminating the need to change magnetic cylinders for different label sizes-only flexible dies need to be replaced.

It also features an automatic web-guiding system to ensure stable material feeding. With a compact structure, high speed, excellent efficiency, user-friendly operation, precise slitting, and stable performance, this machine is an ideal solution for high-quality label production.
