T/T: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment.

A: We will complete the installation and training within one week.

A: All our machines come with a one-year warranty, starting from the completion of installation.

A: We continue to provide support after the warranty period.If on-site service is required, you would need to pay a technician fee of $150/day.

A: We will provide free replacement parts by express delivery during the warranty period.

Q: How many operators are needed to run the machines?
A: For flexo printing, slitting, and die-cutting machines, only one operator per machine is needed.

A: You are responsible for the following costs: Visa fees, round-trip airfare, hotel, and meals. And daily service fee of $150 per person.
