Intermittent Semi-Rotary Die Cutting Machine for Labels & IML

This is a newly developed intermittent semi-rotary die cutting machine equipped with a servo motor-driven PLC control system and registration sensors to achieve a high-precision rotary die-cutting process. It is specially designed for label die cutting, suitable for a wide range of materials such as adhesive labels, PVC, PET, PE, aluminum foil labels, blank labels, and trademark labels.

Notably, it is capable of processing IML (In-Mold Labels), which are increasingly popular due to their:

It supports both semi-rotary and full-rotary operation modes and can be equipped with a sheet cutting unit with conveyor, as well as an IML-specific die cutting module.
