Fully Automatic Operation: Integrates roll unwinding (with hydraulic feeding, automatic web guiding, and constant tension control), side gluing, photoelectric eye tracking for printed materials, paper tube forming, fixed-length traction cutting, bottom creasing and opening, bottom gluing and forming, and final bag delivery.
Centralized Control System: Operated by a PLC touchscreen interface, with servo motor control for precise bag length management and enhanced automation.
